1. Our Authenticity Guarantee  

We guarantee that every item is 100% authentic.  

All handbags and accessories include proof of authenticity (such as our detailed authentication report, serial/date code verification, or third-party certification where applicable). Every piece goes through our thorough authentication process (including expert inspection and detailed checks). If — for any reason — an item is later proven not to be authentic, we’ll provide a full refund. Your peace of mind matters to us!

2. All Sales Are Final  

We’re unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed and confirmed (except in the rare case noted in our Authenticity Guarantee above).  

This includes change of mind, fit concerns, or any other reason — pre-owned luxury items are sold on a final-sale basis to keep prices fair and sustainable.

3. Condition & Descriptions  

We describe condition openly and show close-up photos of any wear so you know exactly what to expect.  

Minor signs of loving use (like light scratches or gentle patina) are normal and part of the charm of pre-owned pieces. Items are sold as is, with no additional warranties.

4. Shipping  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

We ship only within the United States. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or issues beyond our control.
